I am the owner of Eno River Orthodontics and call in a few rare prescriptions. These guys are on the ball. They are very helpful and have compounded topical anesthetic for me without any trouble. I highly recommend them. Even better is that Central Pharmacy is locally owned and operated!

Every single one here is fantastic! I'm so grateful for this pharmacy. They truly care about people and helping meet your pharmaceutical needs. They even go into detail regarding the purpose of the medication you need, how it works, how it can cause side effects etc....I feel more at peace talking with them sometimes than the Doctor that prescribed the medicine. Thank you for taking care of me Central Pharmacy! Oh and you can come in and get something filled in record time--no more long waits at Costco or CVS--yay!! :)

I discovered Central Pharmacy when I was looking for a vaccine. I sent a text through their website and didn’t expect to hear anything back, but I received quick response and was put on a waitlist right away and was able to snag an appointment that was open. The process was seamless and the staff is so nice, such a different experience than any other pharmacy I’ve been to. I live about 40 minutes away but if I ever need a vaccine or any kind of specialized pharmacy advice this is definitely where I will come.

I switched to Central Pharmacy when another drug store decided to retire. I hope Central Pharmacy doesn’t decide to retire or close any time soon. They are very efficient, friendly and professional. I can’t praise them enough. They are much better than ANY big pharmacy. Keep up the high standards.

This is, by far, the very best pharmacy I have ever used. Every employee goes out of their way to provide exceptional, caring and professional service. They treat everyone with respect and courtesy and if there ever is a problem they graciously fix it right away. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

I have been a customer of Central Compounding Pharmacy for just a short time, but I have been extremely pleased with their service, especially their staff. Recently I had a problem getting a prescription renewed by my doctor. The staff at the pharmacy contacted the doctor several times on my behalf and kept me updated each time. They were sympathetic, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this pharmacy, especially if you need a difficult-to-fill prescription.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years and tell everyone I can to go here instead of the nightmare large chain pharmacies. The staff are so nice and remember all of their customers. They are great about problem solving and communicating. Never a long wait and they have an easy to use website for refills. They even deliver if you can't get out of the house. If you want great customer service, this is definitely the place to give your business to!

Since Upchurch Drugs closed down I have been getting prescriptions from Central Pharmacy. Jennifer and her staff are amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. Love that it's family owned. Gotta shop local! Customer for life!

The only pharmacy in the area who will provide a compounded medication to me without jumping through a million hoops or judgment. Friendly staff, very responsive and respectful and it is refreshing to do business with actual human beings and not AI or automated phone trees.
